Mark was great - a refreshing change from all those 'evangelical' type of
speakers we usually come across with there 'you can do it' and their hard sell,
not this chap - you got things right on that one!
Also not forgetting your own presentation.
I work in the entertainment industry and although i can do a "ken dodd'' when it comes to talking about photography - i know how difficult it is to get up there and 'entertain' (i prefer to be behind the camera most of the time). Your talk was just right - not too hard sell, but informative and amusing which is what you want. The company history and the state of things as they are now - exactly what i wanted to hear.

more detail with you as the range seems to have increased & prices become more competitive with our other suppliers since we last looked -
we currently only get the cloud and the desire album for you but are interested
in working with you more.
I know you are still on the roadshow at the moment but when you get a minute if
you can let us know when is a good time to come and see us and we will have a
look at our diary.

Hi Nik,
I saw you at the event yesterday in Liverpool and told you I will be switching from Graphi and give GF Smith digital a go. I use one of your matted albums in my range already.
I like the relaxed attitude of the company, and how you tell me you can be flexible with the design and size of the digital albums. Perfect!
Thank you for the training day. It was very useful. If you rememeber I told you
I am form a sales background in human pharmaceuticals. The company I worked for
used to put on training days for the consultants and GPs. It was a good way of
forging good business relations. It is great to see another industry investing
time effort and money to put on a training day for photographers. I really
appreciated it. Please feel free to send this Email to any one else in the company who may benefit from seeing it. I hope it
was not a one off event.
Good luck in the future please keep me notified of any more events in the North
West.
